At Orah, each candle is hand-poured in small batches with mindful care. To ensure the highest standards of hygiene, quality, and care, we currently do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been confirmed.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos and videos. After review, we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement where applicable.
