We take great care in packaging and delivering your candles. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.

However, if your product arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Unboxing video and clear photos of the issue

Upon verification, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

No refunds will be issued unless a replacement product is unavailable.
